History: Urshar was born the youngest of three triplets. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She's also a talented Sellsword, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: She seems absolutely devoid of it. She stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She is content; and retire the richest woman in the north

Description: A stocky darker skinned woman, she is well dressed, constantly wearing a violet suit, grey shirt, and blue tie. Her hair is white and very short. She has a dull look in her brown eyes.

Personality: She hates gnolls. She views them as having robbed her home of its proper glory. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and she desires to right it

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. She wears a white tunic with brown highlights, and long grey pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her golden hair is smooth and relatively long. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are gray.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bendoo embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. She found a children's book about a Half-Orc Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She tends to her Bounty Hunter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: To protect her home; and she's repulsed by the pc

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He's also a talented Knight, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
