History: Nalaed hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the north. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying sister.
