History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Mayor for the past few years.
