History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting illithids, the young Pyntle began to lead the lost caravan. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: She has a crush on the local Sculptor; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and she desires to right it

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and sabotage a competitor
