Description: 5'2" and muscular, this western man typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull brown iron scale mail. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy black hair. His gray eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Korfel embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Korfel alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Bagabug was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Roofer, but he was a colossal failure. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.

History: Luthra was born with her mother's beautiful face. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Layabout.

Motivation: To be a Cartwright again; and retire the richest woman in the west

Description: A middle-aged woman, she prefers to wear flannel, and is pretty ugly. Her brown hair is braided into rings. Her brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has worked as a Map Maker like her father before her.

Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Doctor responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
