Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He has all his life been fascinated with singing.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Description: This fat southern woman has a bulbous nose and wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath her coat. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her brown hair is braided into rings. Her amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and money/treasure

Description: She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. Her gold eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. The war was a terrible time for her, and Armara does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She moved out north to avoid the crime she committed. Being a Merchant kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Description: She is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing red cape and mantle trimmed with soft grey waves gently in the breeze. She has wavy silver hair. Her face possesses mild wrinkles. Her smile is extraordinarily sincere though she does not smile often.

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her first spouse was a Beggar, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.
