Description: An older woman who wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around her neck, and a flail on her belt, she is not a threatening figure. Her purple hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Born to a Sage, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. Being a Herbalist kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Berrian grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Mayor and occasionally as a mercenary.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and further expansion of business

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now owns his own business.
