Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. A gifted student she started as a Sage, but she got bored and became a Soapmaker. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult; and further expansion of business

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Hugh took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up club and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She takes great joy in being the best Mason in town.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She has worked as a Mason like her father before her.

Motivation: To be a Bookbinder again; and she seems to be bored by most things
