History: Ilanis lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her mother, she was betrayed dozens of times. She tends to her Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She is unsatisfied with her job; and balancing her hectic life and new mayor responsibilities is difficult
