History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. As a very small child her family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. Her mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect her and cast a teleportation spell that whisked her away. Being a Miller kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Herbalist and was forced into it by his family; and regain custody of his son

Her brown hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her violet eyes.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Halfling conditions. She bought a greataxe and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes brigands are coming to abduct people. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Barrister profession.

History: Quarion hails from a village terrorized by brigands. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Quarion never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he is unsatisfied with his job
