History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Tarhun was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: She is a husky woman, who tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her head has been shaved. Her eyes are brown.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Ruler. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and regain custody of her son

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Quick was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.
