When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She refers to her adoptive father for almost all things she is unsure about, which are numerous. She is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found.

His chestnut hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He uses divination through singing.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he wants revenge against illithids

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents enrolled her in a Wizard school at a young age so that she could practice her divine talents. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: She doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes.
