Personality: Cairn wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Bard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Cairn was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Description: 6'3" and muscular, this western man wears dark leathers with embroidery. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are blue.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Shoemaker business.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. With bright silver hair and a scraggly beard. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: Raymond is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Description: This woman wears a worn and beaten armor. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Her crest is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her eyes are likewise gold. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Gilkass lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. The family's rival house kidnapped her sister with the intent that her sister marry their son to gain control of contested properties. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture; and she is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. Her hair is white and very short. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Motivation: She has money and likes to spend it; and to get a good night's sleep
