History: Rurik hails from a village terrorized by illithids. A freak accident while working with his Masseuse mother left him crippled. He struck the Carpenter job and began his own company from there.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He has silver hair. His amber eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he's looking for his big break

Description: An older man who is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is cut close to his head. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: She is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. She wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. Beneath her clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. She wears her hair in dreadlocks. Her blue eyes peer out from beneath her feathered blue hat.

Personality: She is highly sensitive about her name. She loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her painting with anyone who is interested.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She moved from fad to fad and when she turned 15 she discovered painting. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Navigator and was forced into it by her family; and to reunite with her absent mother
