History: Serpent was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Interpreter, but he was a colossal failure. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to drow.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Hecat was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Engraver. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Server hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
