Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes drow are coming to abduct people. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

History: Moon hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: In the realm of puns, she cannot help herself. She feels obliged to make them. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
