Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Heward abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She has a habit of throwing herself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: She is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. She moved out east to avoid the crime she committed. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Vadania will drive conversation. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Vadania was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is her passion.
