Personality: He is fixated on the number 19. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Laucian is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Being a Mayor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a simple green robe with black stripes complete with hood. His hair is short and chestnut. He is baby faced.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Xappan was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Warrior, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Warrior in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He found a children's book about a Tiefling Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Az-Adar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and sabotage a competitor

History: She got into the Seamstress business at a young age. A gifted student she started as a Butcher, but she got bored and became a Seamstress. She tends to her Seamstress job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and wants to open a new tavern

History: Azaki was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.
