History: Gurdis was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs
