Description: She is lean but muscular and wears a shirt that is too small, which lets her gut show, with a ratty brown coat over it. Her gray fur is greasy and uncared for. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: Right-Handed hails from a village terrorized by giants. Her family was turned out during the war. She and her family wandered west to less war torn lands. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and revenge

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She sports grey clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. Her red hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into her face.
Personality: She can speak with the recently deceased. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.
History: She was born in the east. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his hammer with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. His cinnamon fur is heavily combed to the right. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 18. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Spear was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He's also a talented Beggar, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Description: She is a husky woman, who wears many layers of old clothing at all times. Her hair is purple and very short. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her writing with anyone who is interested.
History: Armara lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: Regain custody of her son.

Description: This man stands a little under 3'2" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his broad white hat.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has worked as a Healer like his mother before him.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
