History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gifted student he started as a Engraver, but he got bored and became a Servant. He became a Servant soon after.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Margery fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.
