Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Herbalist arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Shax was born on a far western island where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Herbalist. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has worked as a Apothecary like her father before her.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.
