History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city.
