His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Halander will drive conversation. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Carter but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents enrolled him in a Ranger school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
