History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: She comes from a rich eastern family. She struck it rich when she found rare goods in large quantities. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her mother worked until she suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route. She had to support her now crippled mother and took her mother's old job. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: Susannah lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and regain custody of her son
