History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Simon was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Detective. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born to a Guard, his father struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Lamlis was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south.
