Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Peren fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has no hair. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He sports green clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He has wavy silver hair. His red unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of goblins once and for all.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Marbas took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shortspear and armor he uses now. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and he's looking for his big break
