History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Arannis grew up listening to his father's many stories. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A serious injury left her father unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm father. She has recently attracted an admirer that believes she's playing hard to get.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He has never given up on his painting dream.
