Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His red hair is braided into rings. His eyes are gold and catlike.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Description: He wears a black shirt, with a green mid length shorts with green tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them, and he perpetually has his nunchaku ready. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His red eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Habor embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Habor was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears silk and lounges about seductively. His blonde hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are green.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ortegar embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Ortegar's homeland. Ortegar decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ortegar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: A stocky darker skinned woman, she wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. She has no hair. She has amber eyes.

Personality: Baggi hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. She has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: She was born into a rich family. A gifted student she started as a Marshal, but she got bored and became a Ruler. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she has money and likes to spend it

Description: She wears silk and lounges about seductively, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 5'1" when asserting herself. Her long blue hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her eyes are silver and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Gomory hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her dancing career. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. Ostracized due to the divine powers of her oldest brother, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tieflings became a terror of the countryside. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
