History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. A freak accident while working with his Tanner mother left him crippled. He has never given up on his music dream.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Jocelyn was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He tends to his Marshal job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
