Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with her rolled up shirt sleeves this gives her a very relaxed look. Her broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. She has a dull look in her violet eyes.
Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Map Maker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Map Maker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls; and retire the richest woman in the south

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. He wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is grey, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His fierce gray eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. During his travels, Dench and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Dench discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Dench fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length golden hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is a great chef.
History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents enrolled him in a Wizard school at a young age so that he could practice his martial talents. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears tattered old clothes. His brown hair, when down, is lengthy. His eyes are a pleasant amber.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tiefling companion (his 'brother'). One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His brass crest, when down, is lengthy. His red unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: He was born on a small isolated farm. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
