History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. One day when Ûggû was young, his mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly his mother dropped to the ground dead. His mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Ûggû was heart-stricken from the event, and his father started working long hours to provde for them. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

History: She was raised by priests from a young age. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge; and her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and she desires to right it

History: Virra was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Herbalist.

Motivation: To be a Jeweler again; and wants to raise her children well
