His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His first spouse was a Cook, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Dilettante hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and to prove her worth to the world
