Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a tan cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He worked as a nervous Soapmaker and found it very stressful. He has achieved small success as a Soapmaker.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. He carries with him a set of axes on his belt, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. His crest, while still mostly brass, has prominent grey streaks. His skin is flawless and his gold eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: She has the majority of her body covered in plate. She is physically well-built. She has dyed her greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She is very protective of her business, her home, and her spouse. She is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. Being a Fortune-teller kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

Description: This woman is very fat, and is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers her face most of the time. Her copper crest is matted, messy, and big. Her eyes are likewise red. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Tabaxi culture. She has all her life been fascinated with writing.

History: When she was but 8 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Kava liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fletcher hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
