Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the east were limited. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Born to a Junk Dealer, his father struggled to pay the bills. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His childhood dream was to be a Cook, but he was a colossal failure. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Dilettante.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now mingles about in high society.
