History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Description: This man stands a little under 5'10" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. His fur is cinnamon and curly. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are amber.

Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born in the west to a Bricklayer, Great learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Baker, but he got bored and became a Bricklayer. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature trident.

Description: This late middle aged woman wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination and is in decent physical shape. Her hair is white and curly. Her blue eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She spends most of her days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There she gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. A freak accident while working with her Scribe mother left her crippled. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she has passion for adventuring and risk

Description: She is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. She is physically well-built. Her hair is greying and her face has many wrinkles. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep blue.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She has achieved small success as a Bookbinder.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and she wants to meet her childhood hero

Description: He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He is portly but not overly obese. He has a long auburn beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He is a Bather first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Bather arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he loathes his own lifestyle
