Description: This late middle aged man likes to wear white tank tops with pastel pants and is in decent physical shape. His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines blue.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Hobart isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Hobart is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Hobart was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Hobart was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Barrister. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Description: Her skin has the orange glow of too much sun. She is renowned for her bright brown dresses and hats. Her long auburn hair reaches down to her waist. Her eyes are likewise blue. Her teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.
History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Margery alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by giants. Margery was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: Mormo lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and wants to raise his children well

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Layabout for the past few years.
Motivation: To be a Beggar again; and balancing his hectic life and new layabout responsibilities is difficult

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Rezena hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Rezena abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.
