When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Seamstress hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. Personality: She snorts whenever she laughs or is feeling confident. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her father.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
