Description: She is scrawny and has patchy dark red stubble. She wears a black vest with golden trim over her white shirt. Her violet leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and her black boots flare out at the collars. She has a hunchback. She wears a deerstalker hat to hide her balding. Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 34. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing singing.

History: Ishte was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has never given up on her singing dream.

Description: He prefers to wear flannel, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 5'5" when asserting himself. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears white trousers with red and brown striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Motivation: He is greedy; and wants to work out more often

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright pastel and white, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His orange fur has been sun bleached extensively. His skin is flawless and his copper eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. Beast enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: He stands about 5'0" and wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized blue coat. His right leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His hair is white and curly. He is baby faced.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Ahvain hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and to get a good night's sleep
