History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Body Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Ahrim never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Melissa is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Guard work with an outfit from a few towns over. Guard work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Guard.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Gorbundus will drive conversation. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Half-Elven companion (his 'brother'). He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
