History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Rinn lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her first spouse was a Herbalist, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
