Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. The war was a terrible time for her, and Barbena does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

History: She was born in a small mountains village. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Emerald never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dragonborn conditions. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Ruler for hire.
