Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He has no hair. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: Cockaby lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are brown.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His childhood dream was to be a Ruler, but he was a colossal failure. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Junk Dealer for the past few years.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and balancing his hectic life and new junk dealer responsibilities is difficult

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he likes to wear ponchos typically of a light brown in addition to tight pants. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are amber and catlike.

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: Thorin hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Unemployed for hire.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats.

Description: He wears a worn and beaten armor. He is portly but not overly obese. His bronze crest is braided into rings. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mercenary born in the past three hundred years. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He has worked as a Mercenary like his father before him.

History: She got into the Crown-heir business at a young age. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Crown-heir responsibilities is difficult.
