History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His childhood dream was to be a Carter, but he was a colossal failure. He struck the Tanner job and began his own company from there.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His rusty crest is long and unkept. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Carter who has hired him part-time. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Heskan was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Guard. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.

Description: A woman with a warm, jovial air about her, she wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her green eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She feeds upon the attention of others.

History: She got into the Blacksmith business at a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Blacksmith. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and balancing her hectic life and new blacksmith responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. A friendly and beautiful Elf, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Hadarai never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people

Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She disdains her fellow northerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was born in the north. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the north were limited. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and further expansion of business
