History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Murook fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born in the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the north were limited. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: Expand his business; and balancing his hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult

Description: An older woman who wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge, she is not a threatening figure. Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Tiefling culture. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Jane is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Jane grew up listening to her mother's many stories. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Ostracized due to the martial powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Dwarves became a terror of the countryside. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent mother; and doesn't want to be a cartwright and was forced into it by her family
