Personality: Emmeline hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: When she was but 5 years old her parents immigrated from the east. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
