Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. History: She was born several months after her mother was called into army service. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Barber hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tiefling artifacts is her passion; and she desires power and/or immortality

History: She comes from a rich northern family. She was taken from her home at a very young age. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: To settle down with her crush; and she would like to get married and retire

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. The war was a terrible time for her, and Heather does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Heather grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She married young, but lost her spouse to illithids. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Many illithids want her driven away.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
