History: He was born in the west. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Quarion was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the orcs.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac
