History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Gilkass and her spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Curran lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and to unite with his brother

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. Her golden hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. Her skin is flawless and her blue eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-sister.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and she wants revenge against dire rats
