Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This malnourished woman prefers to wear flannel. Her hair is auburn and curly. She is baby faced.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Eloise was born with her father's beautiful face. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a old dungeon. She would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Eloise took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up morningstar and armor she uses now. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help.

Personality: She dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

He has done his best to style his golden hair to look like a famous performer. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his hazel eyes.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is a great chef.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has had some formal poetry training, and achieved minor success. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
